Had a great meal here in Bologna. It is definitely in the middle of the tourist attractions in the center of the city and we ate early, so there were many older non-Italian couples there. But the food was solid and interesting. Plus, there were vegetables on things… something that I haven’t seen much of in Italy! We tried the swordfish carpaccio — it was super interesting and had a smoked flavor. It was very good. We tried 2 pastas — the lasagna(A-MAZING. best lasagna I have ever had, so creamy, so delicious) and a fish pasta(excellent — the noodles were just the right firm/soft, great flavor). As a main we tried the prosciutto tuna. This was really unique! A really nice piece of eggplant with tuna that had been cured like prosciutto. Really cool, especially if you are mainly a fish eater. The service was a little cold. The décor was very 1990s. But, overall, it is a lovely restaurant with really great food.

Amazing white table cloth service. Décor is very cute: art nouveau… there’s even a cigar lounge downstairs. Food and service was amazing; the lasagna was the most delicious, the pasta was cooked just right for lasagna. The tagliatelle ragu was also worth the trip… bolognese is a most in Bologna! We also had the most amazing milk brûlée desert that had a salty sweet caramelized layer. I loved the ambience, no music, made it very elegant. One of the more fancy places in Bologna but not too pricey.
