I almost fell over when I had the wasabi gelato. But what really made me faint was the coffee flavored Sicilian granita with dark chocolate gelato (custom request). I could have died right then and everything would have been fine. The diligent husband and wife team who own this shop are so sweet – luckily their gelato is not too sweet like the other gelato places which will make you an instant diabetic.
I would say this is a destination gelato place. One worth going to Bologna just for a taste of their bright-​flavored ices.
