Average restaurant (and one of the few open on Sundays) located just down the road from our apartment rental. Portions are gigantic. I regret having ordered a first and main course. The ragu for my first course filled me up and I was hardly able to eat any of my main course (cut of beef with garlic and rosemary). The ragu was a bit too oily for my liking. I didn’t realize as I was eating it that I was picking the noodles out of the sauce and when I was finished with the noodles, I ended up with a bowl of meat in a pool of oil. The beef was cooked perfectly, however, was a bit dry and needed salt. Overall, just an average meal.
My husband ordered the lasagne for his first course and the slice was as big as his head. I still have no idea how he consumed the entire slice!
English is spoken by the staff and menus are in both Italian and English (always helpful).
