If you are planning a romantic dinner in the Pordenone area, this cozy restaurant is THE place to be.
I would recommend going during the cloder months and (if available) request being seated by the fireplace. It adds to the romantic mood and will make for a great setting.
The food is typical of the area, with a particular attention and care towards local ingredients and flavors. The chef is proud of what he cooks and it shows both in the flavors and actual presentation of the plates.
I recommend (if it still is in the menu) the onion soup where the plate has been substituted by a round loaf of bread.

Perfect place to go for a special occasion. There’s a cozy fireplace in the winter, and outdoor seating in the summer. The gnocci with smoked ricotta is absolutely amazing. Actually, everything I’ve tried here is pretty amazing.

Awesome! Loved the food and the ambiance. We sat outside, (in the summertime) and it wasn’t too hot since it’s up in the hills just a bit. The food was perfect, the owner very nice and visited with us for quite a while. I recommend getting a reservation if you go after 730 because it was empty when we arrived but filled completely an hour later.
