Some solidly good bollicine (bubbly stuff) at decent prices, in a lovely cantina/​event space, situated in some beautiful country along the ‘Prosecco Road’. We stumbled across Vigne Matte when touring the area one weekend, and have made a point to go back for more. They offer several varieties, so I think you’ll find something you like well enough to adopt a case or two.
