After our travel agent made a confirmed booking with Zelit Limos for a transfer from the Port of Civitavecchia to Rome they failed to show up leaving us stranded at the port. The company did not answer the phone and dads later when we were able to contact them via Email they said «sorry». The only reason I gave them one star is I was unable to leave zero. Beware of this company, pay $ 5 more and book with an outfit that will actually show up.
