This is a magnificent place that has to be a must while in Cortona, it’s filled with charm, great food and lots of history. The owner who is there tending tables and grunting every three steps, but always with a grazie and a big smile, it’s someone that loves his restaurant and food, it’s clear when you have the first bite! He fought in the WWll and has the pictures of he’s great past and the city all over his walls. If you make it to his wonderful restaurant do not be discouraged by the slow service, it’s part of the charm and I assure you you will love it!
