Such a great day! Kristina and Florencetown organized the whole day perfectly and we had a lot of fun. The kitchen class was amazing — at least now i should leave Italy with a light heart and more dignity, knowing how to make fresh pasta — with a great chef, super nice and explaining us the techniques in details. It was super fun, even though i was not super gifted for making raviolis and made truly four monsters. but the taste is the same and my monsters /​raviolis disappeared hidden among the beautiful and delicate raviolis of others Unilocalers.
The wine tasting and products (cheese, and very good olive oil) were delicious and so was the lunch. Then to spend all these calories, we biked a bit in beautiful tuscany before going horse riding.
