An Irish pub in the middle of a small Italian town at the top of a hill outside Florence. Where better to go for a drink with my brother in law? A short walk from our villa(downhill on the way there, horribly uphill on the way back), we walked in to find the place full of American girls with the odd American or Italian boy trying their luck(we figured they were about to start their semester or year studying abroad). We ordered our drinks, Magners Cider for me and an Italian beer for him, and headed outside to sit down. Nice enough place with decent enough drinks, the food looked pretty good, people going either for the burger or the basket of fried things. However, we were there just for drinks and a chat(have to make sure he’s treating my sister right!). 2 pints each and a shot of Jamesons and we were on our way home, damage was alright for a bar and it seemed just like any ‘Irish’ pub found anywhere else!
