I came to this place by suggestion of my hotel conceriege. My first stop was at 12:00pm and I was told that they weren’t opening until 30 minutes. Fine with me, I understand the Italian customs. I came back with my husband around 1:30pm and the place filled up fast. It was great to sit and observe the customers interact with each other and the servers. They all seemed to know each other and some customers didn’t even need menus prior to ordering. You get a bowl of bread and we were given oil and vinegar on account that we have English accents, since no one else was given those ingredients. I had the pasta with calamari. The dish was a little too much on the tasteless end. It was decent for me but not worth the price. My husband ordered the eggplant pasta, which he thought was mediocre. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place, but if you are absolutely starving, it’s not too bad!
