Amazing! Try to get an upper flight room! If you can the view is breathtaking!
The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you’re every travel need! I would stay here again every time I come to Florence. You are close to the train station, but it’s a big city. Enjoy!

Our first hotel that actually served breakfast. Right down the street from the train station, you can’t beat the convenience. The staff was very friendly and the place wasn’t too bad.
Breakfast consisted of unlimited conettos, yogurt, cereal, cured meats like salami, ham and cheese. Bread, juice and coffee. Oh… They had carton eggs that looked gross.
The room was actually very modern and the air conditioner was on point. One of the coldest from the three hotels we visited.
Oh, if you are there early and want to stow your luggage to walk around… The luggage room door slides left to right. It doesn’t push open cause I tied and almost tore the thing off.

I am split on giving this place three or four stars.
Why I would give it four stars: Good location (close to the train station and comfortable walk to sights such as the Duomo), clean rooms, friendly staff, good value, daily breakfast buffet, free Wifi.
Why I would give it three stars: Our room was pretty bare bones; nothing charming about the décor. Wifi was really spotty (even moreso than our hotel in Venice).
I would stay here again!

Five stars for the location, service, and fair price. Right when you exit the train station you are within walking distance of the hotel. Upon walking into the hotel lobby it had a very elegant feel to it, waiting area etc. The customer service is very friendly, upon arriving they were very welcoming and got our room in no time. Rooms were nice, clean, and house keeping was always accommodating. Within walking distance of a gelato shop, mini grocery store, and from the sweet little Italian man which owns a flower shop with his wife that greeted me with «Bön giorno bella» in the morning whenever we passed and also «bueno sera Bella» in the evening as we passed to go back to the hotel during the evening after all of our touristy acts of the day. Great location!
