The husband & I stayed here while on our honeymoon. My husband joked that our hotels got progressively better as time went on. This hotel was close to the end of our trip. It had its kinks, but was overall very nice. The room was spacious and included a desk, TV, nightstands, armoire, rack to hang coats/jackets. The private bathroom was also pretty large and had plenty of hot water. The provided breakfast had a good selection — croissants, rolls, toast, plenty of jam/nutella, cereal, proscuitto, salami, cheese, milk, orange juice, coffee, and hot chocolate. My husband was particularly excited for cereal, milk, and orange juice — items he hadn’t seen since we left the US. The guy who worked the front desk(I think his name was Patrick?) was very friendly and helpful. The beds in our double room were singles — which when you’re on your honeymoon, not so great. We never quite figured out the heat as it constantly alternated between freezing and sauna-like. If ever in Florence again, we’d stay here though. It’s clean and close to everything!
