I stayed in a hotel right down the street from this place. It has free wifi and a nice seating area with pictures on the wall telling you where the outlets are. A really popular place for study abroad students, they understand English. Their drinks are oooookay. Not the best I’ve ever had but because the atmosphere is nice and you can literally sit forever and do homework with the wifi. That’s why this place gets four stars for me~

Fantastic hot chocolate, free wifi. As typical for Florence cafes there’s a charge to sit down but it’s minimal The pastries looked great. I will return during our stay

wow i’m sitting in this café with my back turned to the door(so i can’t see the street outside) and i feel like i’m being transported back to nyc or london. for an american who’s been living in florence for a way long time this place is a refreshing blast of the contemporary anglosaxon coffee culture that i often miss, only that the coffee here is actually good! the espresso is a certified italian espresso(as regulated by the national institute of italian espresso… yes that actually exists). the rest is very un-italian, from the muffins and donuts, to the sandwiches and seitan, to the spacious interior with couches and armchairs and free wifi. the food is prepackaged(except for the sweets) and the variety is limited but the choices are great, different from the usual ho-hum. i got a multi-grain baguette stuffed full with grilled chicken breast, artichoke hearts, whole almonds and mayo. it was heated up for me and absolutely delicious! for € 3.95 it was also one of the cheapest and filling sandwiches i’ve found in florence. great atmosphere, thumbs up for ITIT!

A solid four stars for the cleanliness of this place, wi-fi and the delicious drinks. They have quite a full tea menu, grab and go foods and ciocolattos iced. I’m so American, but it is quite wonderful if you need a small break midday. :)

I come here at least twice a week; it’s a great place to study and/or hang out with friends. The yogurt parfaits are super good and it’s one of the only places you can find an iced coffee in Florence. The cappuccinos are very sweet, but if you like your coffee more bitter I would hold off on one of their flavors. Love the American coffee shop vibe of this place; it’s a little reminder of home every time!

I visited this place because I had read that had good wifi and coffee. Well, I had an americano and it tasted very watery. Wifi was the slowest. Plus, despite this place opened only a few months ago, walls and chairs seemed dirty and in need of maintenance.

Good coffee! No air conditioning(in July). Just a more modern coffee shop. Although, it is one of the only places that I’ve had a good ICED cappuccino in Italy(all coffee here is usually hot).

I quickly stopped by yesterday on the way to piazza san marco and really liked the design and décor of the place. Very much like being in a modern café in Amsterdam, London or Berlin — I am so happy that Florence is opening more of these sort of places. I saw ‘iced cappuccino’ advertised which is what I ended up getting. I like the fact that they asked my name but no smile and the woman working there was really cold. When I got my euro 2.30 cappuccino, it was in a small, hot-container cup, the ice was minimal and it was very very sweet. I wish they would have let me add my own sugar as this was like someone dumped an entire bag inside, and I hate when they serve cold drinks in containers meant for warm beverages. Within five minutes the condensation was leaking from the bottom of the cup and I just ended up throwing it away. Lots of potential but first experience was very ‘eh’
