We were in Florence for a friends wedding and stayed at the Mulino di Firenze for 2 days. The hotel is nestled on the edge of town next to the River Arno, makes for a very relaxing activity; sitting and listening to the river go by while sipping your wine. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Restaurant Grano d’Oro, wonderful menu. We really felt like we had our first real Italian meal of the trip there. I had a massage at the spa, I’m used to dimly lit massage rooms, this one is quite bright with the natural light that comes in. If you don’t mind that the masseuse was excellent. Really a great stay and truly a Florence experience.

Excellent hotel! Staff is extremely helpful & friendly. The food was delicious. Rooms are very clean. You can really enjoy a walk to Florence that takes only about 45 minutes along the Arno River. Would stay here again anytime!
