Absolutely delicious. The panino bollito misto is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The lampredetto (sp?) or the fourth stomach of a cow is a must try! Five stars for perfection.

I waited 2 years to try a panino with lampredotto, and like most foods you’re unsure about and then finally try, it was fantastic. I ordered the lampredotto in zimino (sauce with vegetables). My advice for anyone who is a bit wary, just try it. It isn’t at all like tripe (tripe has a weird texture). I’m giving this place 5 stars because I had a great experience, and it got me over my fear of lampredotto. I have absolutely no other basis for comparison. :)
