I really wanted to find Japanese or Chinese restaurant during my long Italy trip. I found some place near Assisi where I’m staying. But they’re all closed because of vacation. I totally had no expectation to visit Edgar at first, but extremely fantastic. This chef is Italiano exprienced in Japanese restaurant in Milano. The thing I really liked was rice. Usually many sushi restaurant in small town makes rice overcooked. But they know the right cooked, and tasted really good. It took like over 20 mins to drive to there, but no regrets! Also every staff is so kindly welcomed.
