We ordered the cutlet & risotto. The portions(especially the cutlet) were generous. Overall, the food was good, though nothing out of this world. Service was slow and cold.

Some days ago I went to this place for dinner with some friends before going dancing nearby. We arrived early and without a reservation but the waiter told us there was no problem and gave us a table. We had a mix of appetizers: cold cuts, mushrooms, vegetable salad, beans salad, etc. Afterwards, we ordered 5 first courses(one each), but while ordering, the waiter was sighing and complaining because we were ordering different dishes… I’m sorry, but then why the heck do you put so many options in your menu if you won’t be willing to serve them!!! in the end he brought the dishes and they were just OK, nothing out-of-this-world delicious but not bad either, portions were hearty. We got some digestive liquor and then 3 of us left because we were running late and left the guys to finish and pay the check. As soon as we left, they were asked(not very nicely) to move or leave because they needed the table — note that the restaurant was not full and they could have easily put together other tables… Since they have already been there and there is a sign at the entrance, they knew that the place accepted meal vouchers, but when the waiter came with the check he said that if they wanted to pay with meal vouchers they had to say it first(first when? and why?). The check was not as cheap as we thought for a so-called trattoria, about 30 euros per person for a normal dish of pasta and some appetizers, mediocre house wine and limoncello is a bit too much, especially because of the attitude of the staff, as the rating says, I’ve experienced better…
