We came here on the advise of the hotel concierge. OK and it was 30degrees F or less outside, but my travel buddy has a sweet tooth so we got some gelato. It was good, creamy, and deep in flavor. I recommend the pistachio flavor or the dark chocolate. Whipped cream and chocolate sauce can’t hurt either. The –2 stars are for: –Lack of seating at the hour we went. Seems the seats are portioned off after certain hours if you’re not«dining» fully in. It was cold out and we were bundled up, so sitting up at the counter by the window on high stools was ok becauase I like chairs without backs, but it would’ve been nice to sit at a regular table since we were a little bulky from our winter clothing. –Service isn’t as cute and inviting as the store is – we had to flag someone down… but hey I guess because English isn’t the first language here and tourists aren’t coming in swarms, it’s a local place so local you will get! Will be back when in this area of Milano again. Spotted a nice sushi restaurant nearby and I really liked the area that this store was located. :D

I went here because of the great reviews on tripadvisor. In the end, the coffee and pastry were ok, but I wouldn’t call it worth a trek if you don’t happen to be in the neighborhood already. It’s a cute shop as they also sell baby products, but I got some of the unfriendliest service. Because it is a café, restaurant and a baby item store at the same time, the setup is a bit confusing upon entering. I thought one could have a cappucino at the bar and pay there(just like at other coffee bars), so I ordered at the bar. The girl there tells me I have to pay first. Ok, so I asked her if I can pay(since she was standing right next to the cash register!) She again repeats, this time clearly annoyed, that I need to pay first. Turns out, the cashier is somewhere else. Very confusing for a first time customer, but i guess they are sick of these confused«tourist customers» and can’t bother to explain clearly. I won’t be going back. There are many other coffee bars with good coffee in Milan, and it’s really not that great to put up with bad service(and this is coming from someone who is used to «bad» service in Paris!)

We were looking for a quick bite after arriving in town, and Bianco Latte was perfect. They have a very extensive salad and sandwich menu, not to mention an enormous, beautiful display of cakes and pastries. We tried the pear chocolate cake and were not disappointed.

This place is really adorable! It has mostly white décor with accents of pastels, as well as small flowerpots and little decorative houses with candles in them. They have mini sandwhiches at the front and gelato — along with a little shop that sells everything from cups and mugs to baby items and wall décor. If you decide to stay for more than just gelato, you are seated in a back area(this restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks!). You can order desserts like cake or pastries from there, as well as crepes, sandwhiches, lattes(which are just milk, by the way! The chocolate milk is to die for), and beer/wine. We had mini sandwhiches that were really good and finished it off with yummy gelato. Great atmosphere, food, and service!

Just had dinner. Yum! Portion sizes not too big, pesto amazing, and nice bread variety in the basket. Best bread of any restaurant we’ve been to in Milan. I actually ate some rather than worrying about it being a filler. Wish we had checked this place out sooner!

I didn’t even have the gelato! I love the shop and the space and the things for sale! My kids were in awe as I was… this is one of those sweet places to pop in if you have kids and you are roaming Milan. Wish we hadn’t had sweets already! Just go! You’ll know once you get there. You’ll be so glad you went! Adorable and just great design! People of every age were drawn to this place!

This review is purely for the gelato, as I haven’t had anything else here. It’s good. It’s better than good. It’s «I want to eat this every day for the rest of my life until they have to roll me into the shop» good. Pick a flavor, any flavor, and it’s amazing. In particular, the merengue is life-changing.

Nice little lunch spot convenient to Central Station(about a half mile south). Quick stop for pasta and sandwiches at lunch with Gelato for dessert(of course). Would definitely go back. Meals come served on charming trays and Gelato is served with a side of fresh whipped cream and dark chocolate sauce. If you like ice in your soda you’ll need to ask as they only bring bottles and the glasses are already on the table. The carbonara was perfect, and the pasta tasted home made. The chicken Milanese was only Luke warm, and not particularly special but the delicioso(ham wrap) was fresh and flavorful.

Buongiorno! I stayed at the NH hotel and the receptionist recommended me to go to Bianco Latte for a Saturday brunch. When I got in the restaurant at around 1pm(uh hum my «brunch» hour), I saw a line of about 10 people waiting. Luckily, since I was alone, they gave me a seat at the bar immediately. The restaurant has about 20 tables, has a gelato section and a shop as well. During my time in the restaurant there was always a line, and so I knew I came to a good restaurant. With my limited Italian, I ordered a fried chicken(has the word«Bianco Latte» in its name) and an orange juice. By the way, the waitress that was serving me knows English, but heck I told her«non so l’inglese» just for fun. They also gave me a basket of bread, which was necessary since the chicken only came with a small basket of chips and a piece of lettuce. However, let me tell you, the chicken was delizioso! Thinly breaded, the chicken was still moist inside and was full of fresh chicken meat flavor. They gave me a jar of sauce to go with the chicken, and while I have no idea what the sauce is(similar to mayo but milkier and sweeter), it was also delizioso. The only comment I had was I felt their orange juice was overpriced and they didn’t tell me about it. The chicken was good and cheap at 11euro, but the orange juice was 4.5 euro, which while I think it was freshly pressed, it was a very small glass of juice. Maybe I shot myself in the feet when I told them«non so l’inglese»)

What an adorably cute café! This restaurant is situated near Brera and definitely exudes Brera energy — chic and trendy, full of characters. The all-white décor and fixtures is super refreshing; the super cute gift shop up front(to the right) makes it nearly impossible to not pick anything up from there! We came here for a late lunch and everyone cleaned off their plates — very good sign. The piadina came warm with very fresh ingredients, even the simple side salad was so delicious. Coffee is also excellent here, my gf and I both enjoyed our cappuccinos! The most memorable part of this meal is the gelato(located right as you walk in, restaurant is in the back). OHMAN. The hazelnut flavor is like nothing I have ever tasted, even around the different cities of Italy! AMAZING quality gelato — MUST go! Also, the fact that it’s within walking distance to Via Montenapoleone makes it a very perfect girls lunch spot before or after shopping ;)

Super cute spot! Great place to do brunch with the girls! Get there early, the line gets long and they don’t take ressies. I had the chicken caesar salad piadina — very fresh, great pick! We also shared a few desserts between the girls, tiramisu is absolutely amazing. Also, can’t go wrong withe the gelato :) enjoy!

I went here twice on my visit to Milan. The first time was a gelato emergency. I had a two scooper and one of their delicious bakery cookies. I was served with a smile and it was gelato, after all, so it’s hard to screw it up! We decided to go back for a meal because we were sucked in by the adorable décor and cute shop out front. We waited quite a while to get in and the line up seemed haphazard, but once we were seated and had a glass of wine we began enjoying ourselves. My mom and I each ordered gnocchi — mine was pomodoro and hers was«basil cream»(pesto cream). The plan was to share but hers won the taste-off so I had to beg for bites. The pomodoro version was a little tomato-pasty rather than tasting of fresh tomatoes. The pesto was pretty solid though. Gelato made the meal again. So I’d say this is worth a stop for the ambience and some fun, gorgeous desserts, but the hassle for the sit down wasn’t necessarily worth it. Two stars for the restaurant, four for the gelattaria.

Great place for a quick coffee and sweet, a gelato, or lunch. Very modern. Would be the ideal thing to hit the US market and blow Starbucks out of the water. Highly recommend.

Clean, cute shop with impressive gelato, however like the previous reviewers, I too found the staff to be unfriendly and even rude at times. While I’m sure the large crowd pushing to the counter wasn’t helping, other places in Milan like Cioccolati Italiani have the same issue and their staff takes it all in stride. The gelato is good, just don’t expect a great customer experience.

I came by with a friend to grab a chicken salad as she was missing food from home. The location is supposed to be in a better location in town but honestly I didn’t really notice good vs bad neighbourhoods in Milan as they all feel the same: P It’s not like I accidentally walked from Beverly Hills to Compton. The salad was exactly that, nothing special but I could see why someone would miss something so simple and plain. The service was ok but the washrooms are clean! The place is nicely decorated and reminds me of a cottage all decked out in white. I can’t for the life of me remember which gelato I got but it was fantastic and I wish I could get it here in Canada. 2 types of gelato with roasted coffee beans and chocolate sauce! I was definitely in heaven during this portion of the meal. 2 – 3 star for the service. 3 Star for the chicken salad and atmosphere. 4 star for the washroom! 5 star for the gelato!!!

We went back twice for Bianco Latte’s amazing gelato. We tried chocolate orange, pistachio, biscotti and dolce de leche. Creamy, bursting with flavour and they serve each gelato with a wafer on top. They also serve Lov Organic tea here(a refreshing find in a city that only drinks coffee!).
