Amazing amazing amazing! Spent 1.5 days in Milan and went to Chocolat 3 times. Easily the best gelato in Italy! Tried 100% dark chocolate, dark chocolate, raspberry, Nutella, and milk chocolate flavors — all wonderful! Wish we could’ve tried them all!

Extrem leckeres Eis!

Yummy gelato, very tasty, a lot of different flavors to choose from. If you don’t want gelato they also have pies and chocolate candies to chose from. There was a long line but definitely worth it!

Let me introduce you to a great Gelateria in Milan. It doesn’t matter if you live in Milan or if you are here just for a couple of days, you must try Chocolate! I picked pistachio and dark chocolate flavors and really loved them! The pistachio flavor is so real and it comes with some pieces of pistachios. The dark chocolate(that is without milk) has an intense and pleasant taste, again, with pieces of chocolate in it. They also do a good job in desserts and chocolates they offer. There is a good selection of Italian pastry and sweets, as well as different types of chocolate. They also offer hot chocolate with paper which is very special.

Bloody amazing gelato. Some of the best I’ve ever had maybe? Two large scoops for 2.50 euros in a cup is a great deal for the mouthgasms you’ll have. I got the gianduja chocolate and the honey, cream and walnuts flavours and they played off each other so well. The chocolate was particularly rich and nutty and the honey very smooth. There’s also a display of amazing looking cakes, tarts, biscuits, etc to your left when you enter.

Great hazelnut, very good pistachio, very good nougat. Perfect texture, intensive flavours, some of the best ice cream in Milan

Had 3 scoops of nougat, 100% chocolate and honey walnut. All three were really fragrant and flavourful. The cup was literally overflowing since the service staff didn’t exactly planned the placement of scoops very well. Service staff was friendly and allowed us to sample the flavours. Great experience.

I would normally give a place like this 5 stars, but there is a big«but» — whenever I visit places with food, and there are flies, I start to worry, and there were a least 7 – 8 circling around just were we sat. very troubling… The ice cream itself, was the best I had while in Italy. PS. To the owners, check the stools with cow hide, the flies seems to love being around them, maybe they are infested.

The gelato at Shockolat was truly amazing! The price was pretty good compared to other places. We got milk chocolate, vanilla cream, fruits, and mint chocolate chip flavors and loved all of them. The employees were very nice. The store was very clean and inviting and they had a ton of selection of other dessert items as well. I definitely got the Italian gelato experience I wanted by going to Shockolat!

This is the best gelato I have ever had anywhere it’s literally unreal. I also visited Gelato Giusto which is considered one of the best of Milan but Schokolat was by far more amazing. The best thing I had in Italy.

Crowded, but delicious! Very heavy ice cream, don’t come here on a full stomach! Rather, skip the previous meal…

Really top gelato, large portions, reasonable prices. Can be very crowded but even on weekends, you wouldn’t wait more than 15 – 20 minutes to be served. Indoor and outdoor seating. The gelato is a little too sweet for me, but that’s a personal choice.

The gelato is delicious. I’m obsessed with their 100% dark, it’s wonderfully rich and complex. They don’t seem to change over flavors but the ones they have are typical and delicious. Only allows two samples… even if you get a large.

Not the best gelato I’ve ever had in Milan. Ice cream for breakfast

Had pistachio and papaya(!) flavors. The pistachio was so smooth and I can feel tiny bits of nut, and there was none of that artificial flavor rampant in subpar pistachio gelato. The papaya was light and refreshing but unfortunately I tried it after the pistachio so I could hardly taste anything. Surprisingly not all gelato in Italy is created equal, and this is one of the better ones.

This was our second stop for gelato in our three days in Milan. I had read this was THE place for gelato. Maybe we ordered wrong? Both of us only found the gelato… just OK. The one thing that was nice was that a medium cone came with three flavors for the same price(€ 3, ~$ 4) as most other places gave you only two flavors. So, if you like variety, Shockolat gives you more variety for your money. We both decided to get the medium cone and I opted for the pistachio, hazelnut and stracciatella. This one didn’t come with melted chocolate in the cone like Cioccolati Italiani and while that was a bit too much; the gelato didn’t reach the bottom of the cone therefore lending the last bites to a dry cone. The gelato was slightly lighter than at Cioccolati Italiani but the flavors were very muddled and we definitely couldn’t distinguish between the three flavors. My friend had gotten three other flavors and also agreed that nothing really popped in flavor like it did at Cioccolati Italiani. Maybe we should have gotten all chocolate flavors but I think a good gelateria shouldn’t offer a flavor if they can’t do it right. This place was just OK for the two of us.

The best gelato in Milan! By far the most delicious gelato I’ve had in Milan, in the top 4 during my time in Italy. Their selection of chocolate gelatos is amazing! I had the orange chocolate along with crème nougat — delicious! It is whipped and fluffy and creamy — the kind of ice cream cone you don’t want to end!
