I don’t like to be negative about my experiences and prefer to highlight a great restaurant or hotel — but 1 star maybe generous for this hotel.
Old and tired — rooms reminded me something I would see in old town Las Vegas.
Several people in my group had staff walk into their room unannounced and 2 people had guy ears open the door as the room was double booked.
I got bed bug bites, went to front desk and waited 15 minutes as they couldn’t find any.
I tried to call the front desk for 3 days (no directions on phone) dialed 0 and never got through.
Worst part, was $ 335/night (during Expo).

Quite possibly the worst experience we’ve had as event organizers. The staff were all so miserable, unhelpful and it may have killed them to smile. Trash wasn’t cleared from our event space, it looked really unsightly, there should be event and hotel staff on-hand to assist! The venue itself is only really well-served by the location… the room was dated, rather tacky for Italian standards. The rooms were advertised to have water in them at the minibar, my room had no minibar so no water I guess… despite the sign in my room saying I’d have some things to choose from…
You’ll have to pay for your internet as well…
Just avoid it, it’s not even that cheap.
