Adorable little restaurant hidden away to the east of Sforza castle. If you happen to be visiting or near the castle, make sure to stop by this wonderful lunch spot. Being that is Italy, regulars will be moseying in on the ground floor of the restaurant as there’s a fire place and a small bar. Upstairs is where the bulk of the dining space is. On the day that we visited, this spot was nearly empty and didn’t fill up until after we had started our appetizer. I guess Europeans eat lunch a bit later. Anyway, I wish I could remember the specific dishes we had but this was nearly four months ago. I do remember a decadent appetizer dish consisting of Italian meats and cheeses though. The win was excellent as well. I’d say this is a go-to spot if you want to see how Italians take their lunch.
