Illy coffee doesn’t require additional comments as it is one of the best. The place is also good for meals as the dining areas both outside and inside are very pleasant. What could be improved is the quality of service. Illy is renowned for the investment in training… but probably it is time to change trainers or training method as the quality is inferior to the one in any other coffee place in Gae Aulenti square!
