Mango

Wish I could give more stars to Mango because I like the brand but this shop is nothing special. First of all, they keep changing it. Before the cash registers were in the ground floor (where they’re supposed to be), then both downstairs and at the ground floor, now only downstairs, also the fitting rooms. Then at some point the Menswear section in the top floor dissapeared for some months, now I think it’s back — and there’s a Kids section downstairs as well. Probably they need more space and don’t know how to use what they have available in a better way.
Some staff members are nice, others are a bit rude (with constant sighing). Prices are decided by the brand so it’s not the store’s problem if they got a bit higher (or if the quality has become lower: almost see-​through cotton t-​shirts, wrinkled fabrics).
However, if you like the brand you should subscribe to their mailing list because they have special sales every now and then. You can also buy online and pick up your order in this shop without shipping charges (but note that you can’t exchange online orders in the shop, you can only return them to get a refund).

This location is a hit or miss for me.
I do find some good things sometimes but other times I don’t find what I’m looking for.
However this location gets kind of crowded maybe because it’s right in the middle of San Babila and Duomo?
