We stumbled across this place one night when we were craving something a little different. It’s on a uncrowded street, and the dishes aren’t the kind of thing we’d been seeing in a lot of restaurants in Milan. I don’t know that I can do their cuisine justice with this description, but let’s say that they have a Roman fusion/tapas style menu. You order several small plates, then eat family style and share. We had several meat dishes and really enjoyed all of them! The atmosphere and service are exceptional, the food is very good, and the prices make this gem of a restaurant a great value — I recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back :-)

Best meal in Milan. I think it’s Roman style food(ironically). Everything was good — seasoned well, and made with precision. Nothing slopped on the plate… It’s sort of tapas style so you order a bunch of things family style and then share. We had a lot of meat dishes and enjoyed! Service was very good. Totally my kind of place. I would return.

High quality ingredients and nicely prepared. Wait staff is wonderful and helpful if you aren’t a native speaker. Even good with the family if you arrive early in the evening. Get a reservation, it’s required, we got lucky with a cancellation.

We were looking for a «locals» restaurant and stumbled upon this quaint establishment. The art décor and persona is very cozy and we felt very welcome. They opened around 7pm when we got there and didn’t have a reservation but we were seated anyways. Their English is ok, but they were quite helpful with the menu. We definitely would return to eat here again. It’s very reasonably priced and was a good change of pace from the typical tourist traps.

Seriously one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in the WORLD! Price is right, small plates are perfect and given much attention. It has a rustic speak easy feel and is GREAT! You MUST visit this place when in Milan. Order anything, I had 7 small plates and they were all out of this world! This is about 10 mins walking distance from Duomo. Service and staff were very nice and friendly. They could translate English somewhat, but most the menu is understandable. Train station is near by if you’re heading out of town, so stop by on your way out or back in. It’s only 5 mins walking from the station.
