I really liked the burgers of this street food inspired restaurant hidden a few blocks away from Porta Garibaldi station(and the lively Corso Como area). The décor is nice, the way I like it, a bit like a loft with a long table and high chairs for groups or for those who don’t mind seating next to strangers and also normal tables around it for couples or small parties. The food was great, we got the Rumford Burger which, like all their burgers, is cooked using the slow cooking method which means longer cooking times at lower temperatures to retain as much as possible the nutrients and keep the flavour and texture of the food — the Rumford burger is actually a tribute to the guy who invented this way of cooking. We didn’t actually notice a life-changing flavor experience but the burger was really good, tender, juicy and not over cooked(the way I like it), perfect size and the rest of the ingredients were a great match(tomato, lard, red onion jam, curry sauce) — oh, and the yummy potatoes are included. We got desserts, a tiramisu and a kiwi cheesecake, both served in small glasses and both good but not amazing. Prices per person around 20 euros, nice deal if you ask me! Will definitely be back to try the other options in the menu(like the fish & chips and the salmon burger).

Finish & chips is a pleasant surprise. Very different front English ones. To be honest, a better version I think.
