NH Milano Touring

I stayed at the NH Milano Touring Hotel in Milan, Italy on 5÷24÷2013. I actually stayed for two nights (24^th May 2013 and 25^th May 2013). It was my 1^st time there. I was traveling with Trafalgar Tours and found it to be a pleasant stay when in the city of Milan. Plus, I took photos.

This hotel was selected by Priceline through an express offer, and sometimes you never know what you’ll end up with. We were REALLY happy with this pick! This hotel is perfect for a visit, and the location is fabulous. First stop off the Metro, (Republicca/​yellow line) and its a 3 minute walk, through a beautiful city. Fast and efficient check-​in, our room was big enough, with all conveniences, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything is super efficient and clean, modern, new. Great shower.
We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in 30 mins. Most everything was no further than 15 mins away. And with Milan being such a beautiful place, the walks were pleasant.
There is a massive, fantastic public park practically next door with great running/​biking/​walking paths, full of people, children and dogs in the evenings.

Apenas pude pasar una noche en este NH Touring de Milán, porque venía de viaje exprés por motivos de trabajo, por lo que mi experiencia se limita a eso. Como cualquier NH, es un hotel más que competente por los servicios que ofrece, la ubicación en la que se encuentra y otros detalles como la atención de los empleados y la decoración de la habitación.
La habitación que me asignaron estaba en la sexta planta del edificio, daba a unas calles interiores bastante feas de la ciudad y era, en general, bastante pequeña. No faltaban comodidades como cremas para los zapatos, body milk y otras pijaditas que compensaban un poco la estrechez de la habitación. Como no pasé mucho tiempo allí dentro tampoco me preocupó mucho.
La cama es comodísima, la climatización funcionaba estupendamente y el baño era casi tan amplio como el resto de la habitación, con lo que la comodidad para ducharse y demás tareas de aseo eran de lo más apropiadas.
En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel está muy cerca de la estación de trenes, donde además llegan y salen casi constantemente autobuses con dirección Bergamo, uno de los aeropuertos de la capital lombarda.

Gutes Stadthotel! Das Hotel bietet alles was man für einen Citytrip braucht: Ein schönes Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung (Superior), großes Doppelbett, Safe, Flatscreen, modernes Badezimmer, etc.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück reichhaltig.
Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Manko: Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr, sehr schlechter Kaffee und kein kostenloses WLan!

I’ve stayed in quite a few nh brand hotels and I’d have to say I was rather disappointed with this hotel. The reception looks very new and chic but once you get beyond the public areas the corridors and rooms feel very dated. Not only that but the staff were very unhelpful, slow and grumpy. Sorry, only 3 stars for this 4 star hotel
