Used to be a place that I would go often for lunch. The food is actually quite decent, but my review is more towards how this place treats its customers. Some background: I would come here 3 times a week for lunch, since it was so close to my work. The food was nothing to write home about but it was decent and not to overly priced. So, one day I decided to get the cheeseburger which costs 14 €(a bit expensive for a cheeseburger, but it’s good). I ordered double meat and left happy, paying only an additional 3 euros for the second patty. Two days later I order the exact same thing and I go to pay and they say my total is 27 €! Of course I said I ordered the same thing two days earlier and was charged 17 €. The woman behind the counter told me it was a mistake last time and now I must pay. I said«but I wouldn’t have ordered this thing for double the price! And I come here all the time, can’t I pay what I paid last time, and I won’t take it again?» They told me «no, you must pay now. There’s nothing I can do.» I was absolutely shocked that these people who see me every other day would treat a frequent customer like that. I don’t care about 10 € but it’s the principle. It was their mistake and they wouldn’t budge. Anyway, for that 10 € they lost a customer for life. Unfortunately, this mindset isn’t as uncommon as it should be amongst Italian business owners. They don’t see the fact that I brought multiple colleagues a week there and we’ve never returned. I deal with customers in my line of work and we would never pull something like this, we value our clients and strive to make them happy. I can safely say they will lose hundreds of not thousands of euros in future business from myself and my colleagues. Go there if you want, but be careful not to get scammed.

The service doesn’t get much worse than this. I am usually willing to sacrifice service for quality, but the food here is merely good, not great. The ingredients are above average, but the dishes don’t have a lot of flavor. On the service, some of the waiters are arrogant, inattentive, forgetful, and will deliberately ignore you when you try to call their attention. My friend and I kind of enjoyed the spectacle. Can it really be this bad? yes it can.
