The meatballs were not my thing. If you are expecting American Italian meatballs or Swedish meatballs, these duty meatballs are not like that. Crispy outside, gooey inside. The inside it more like a gravy with some meaty bits in it. Fresh from the fryer, super hot, best to wait a bit for them to cool down. Maybe even crack them open to help along the cooling process. The mustard they come with is good.
