This is a restaurant catering to tourists(expensive but mediocre food). Though it is pleasantly decorated and conveniently located to the Una Hotel, you can certainly get better food elsewhere. Why eat bad food in Italy?!

Grazie!

Our hotel recommended this restaurant to us as having good seafood pasta options. About a 15-min walk(not anywhere close to the tourist spots), the streets were so empty and quiet(yes, it was a Sunday). But we eventually found this restaurant and it was so charming and welcoming inside. I really liked the atmosphere. The food was ok. The seafood pasta was the best thing but we definitely have had better. The risotto with shrimp was quite bland and the macaroni with veal ragout was just average.

This is an older restaurant, a short taxi ride away from the city center. Small, cozy. Very helpful staff. The waiter spoke English and gave good and honest advise, like: This appetizer and this main dish?, don’t order soup as well, it will be too much. The prices are very reasonable, compared to what the restaurants around the Duomo charge. The food is excellent. We shared a mixed appetizer of cold cuts, sauteed calamari and smoked salmon. For my main dish I had Filetto al Barolo, a small filet mignon with wine sauce, served with risotto. It was just delicious. The red wine that the waiter suggested was 30 euros a bottle, and was excellent. After the meal, we were served a glass of Limoncello on the house. All in all, the best dining experience I have had in Milan.

Authentic Italian restaurant with a cozy, romantic interior. Not necessarily cheap, but the food was very high quality. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Milan. We shared appetizer, primi and secondi courses, and dessert. This seems to confuse Italian servers in many places(they seem to expect each person will order 3 courses — but that amount of food would require rolling us out in wheelbarrows!) — but this wasn’t an issue here at all. The person who I presume was the owner was really friendly and had genuine Italian charm in a manner that isn’t common to find in modern Milan.

We, had a good meal and good service. The food was great and I would come back if I was here longer.
