Spa Suisse dell’Hotel Boscolo

LOVED. THIS. PLACE.
Very modern /​futuristic-​looking hotel. The décor is what initially drew me in, and I’m glad it did.
Before I begin my review on the spa I just want to say that everyone I encountered at this hotel was extremely pleasant and did the utmost to make me feel welcome — the doorman, the concierge, the spa personnel, etc. Fantastic customer service. I had to speak a little Italian initially but the staff were proficient in English as well, which was impressive (and comforting) to me.
I had a spa appointment the evening before I was set to fly back to the states. The spa area itself has a serene, relaxing atmosphere. (Side note: If you have time I would also recommend checking out the pool, as it is one of the most impressive pools I have ever seen.)
Now, back to my appointment– the technician was ready to take me in as soon as I came down, which I was happy about. She was very friendly, professional, and was someone that I was able to hold a conversation with, too. She really did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations, taking extra time to make sure her work was well done and that I was satisfied.
When I come back to Milan I will definitely be coming back here. Five star experience!
