I had the truffle pasta. Wow. Really delicious and authentic. The service is also top notch. Very friendly and attentive to you. If you are in Milan, I would highly recommend.

Honestly, the paste with truffle may be the best dish I’ve ever had. I ordered two portions… Get the pasta with truffle, marinated beef and truffle and the house Chianti. I promise o e of the best meals ever…

If you like truffle, this is your place. Excellent service, cool diner vibe while still being elegant and the home made pasta w truffle was the most amazing combination of «melt in your mouth» w al dente I’ve ever tasted. This is now one of my go to places whenever I’m in Milan again.

What I would do to be in the presence of that homemade pasta with white truffle again!!! I still have dreams about it because it was just that good.
As a student and budget traveler, I’m generally pretty picky about how much money I spend on, well, everything. But when I heard about Tartufotto and read so many rave reviews about it, I knew that my love for truffle could not keep me away. When in Italy, right?
It’s pretty obvious, based on how the menu is written, that you’re supposed to order in courses, but no no, I definitely couldn’t afford that, so I just took the plunge and ordered one € 37 plate of their signature pasta instead. Of course, I wasn’t full, but I don’t regret a single penny. And, the best part was, every time I burped within maybe four hours after that meal, I could still taste the truffle… haha sorry, that’s gross. :P

Simply fantastic. The ambiance, the truffle smells, the amazing food! Delicious. Try the homemade pasta with black truffle, and the hamburger they are not to be missed. Even the bread had truffle in it. Great service too. Not to be missed

Never to be missed. Best truffle Restuarant ever in Milan. Very friendly staff and excellent excellent food. The pasta, the burger, the deserts, all amazing truffled dishes. If you love truffle, this is a must do destination. I give it a 5 thumbs up, if I had that many!

Truffle EVERYTHING. I wish I lived in Milan just so I could eat here all the time. Kind waitstaff that spoke English, very reasonably priced. The handmade pasta with shaved truffle was simple yet incredible. The chocolate budino with truffle, olive oil, and sea salt was such a great.

Perhaps I am just a sucker for truffles, but my family greatly enjoyed our meal here. We even took home some souvenirs in the form of honey.
The place is a bit expensive but the food is refined and the tastes are well thought out. Its not the traditional unzip my pants im so full italian style cooking… more of the «i could have eaten three of these», but if you are in Milan and craving some truffle, this is where you should go.
My beef tartare rivaled those Ive had in Paris and my wife’s shrimp dish was equally superb. A well matched Tuscan wine and our meal was ideal. I look forward to coming back here when our future visitors have a craving for truffle that they have heard so much about.
