We were the only tourists there and that’s a good sign as the restaurant was packed with locals. I felt lucky to get a table without a reservation.
The restaurant is dark and cozy. This is a place where you go to celebrate or simply share a bottle of wine. The food is simple, tastes delicious, and the menu is varied.
We ordered the caprese salad which they served on an elevated tray similar to what pizzas are served on. The Mozzarella di Bufala and tomatoes were cut into wedges instead of circles. Nothing too exciting. For our main plates we got the Gnocchi al Peconzola and Abbachio al forno con patate. The gnocchi had a cheese sauce similar to the taste of gorgonzola. I believe the cheese is sheep’s milk and was soft and creamy. Great potato pasta dish! The lamb was excellently seasoned and was a generous portion. I would have given this restaurant five stars but half of the dish was gamey while other parts of the lamb weren’t. For dessert, I was handed a menu written on a wooden chalkboard as big as half my body. Although full, we went for the panna cotta alla fragola and tiramisu. Both amazing and a great way to end the meal.
The staff is young, nice, friendly, and has a sense of humor. Volemose Bene was my favorite meal in Milan. Although, not traditional Milanese cuisine, it was nice to try Roman Italian food in Milan.

Ce choix s’est fait 100% au hasard car on né voulait pas manger dans l’un des attrape-​touristes du quartier Brera.
Bonne pioche ! Service hyper simple et chaleureux.
En arrivant, on nous sert une variété de pains tous aussi bons les uns que les autres. Avant même de commander, nous avions l’eau à la bouche.
Le bonheur fut à son maximum quand j’ai vu arriver mon assiette de pâtes. Pour la première fois durant le séjour à Milan, elle était aussi pleine. Niveau qualité: un délice ! Comment font les Italiens pour faire d’aussi bonnes pâtes ???
Dernier point positif: l’addition toute douce.

Sehr lecker und das Ambiente passt auch. Leider konnten wir die Karte nicht lesen da sie nur auf Italienisch verfügbar war. Aber der Kellner war sehr gut im Englischen unterwegs und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben.
Unbedingt das Tiramisu probieren!
Vorspeisen ab 5,00 und Hauptgerichte ab 10,00 €.
