Part of the slow food organization in Pisa, this gastromic experience is more than just seafood — it’s a way of life. They catch the fish they cook daily and cook it a simple, delicious way that will make your mouth water. They brought out the fish flapping on the plate to show us what kind they use than began with a delicious seafood appetizer, pasta with seafood, fresh fish second and great Vermentino, white wine to go with it. Fancy this place is not, but it doesn’t need to be, considering the quality of the food and the affordability of the prices. If you are looking for a truly spectacular place to eat near Pisa(this is in the Marina di Pisa, about 10 – 15 minutes away from the center) than hop in the car/taxi and stop here to eat.
