I’ve been to Ca’Baronco two summers in a row and am so impressed by the quality of organic meat produced here. The salami and prosciutto are the best that I’ve had, and seeing the way the animals are raised humanely really inspires me to pay more attention to the impact my food choices make. Bravo!
