Wonderful, friendly atmosphere where Enzo (our host for the night) stood with us and chatted in our broken Italian for 10 minutes before we actually ordered. The food was delicious. The fruta di mare was perfectly cooked and probably the best I’ve had in Italy to date. My wife ordered the pasta bolognese and also loved it. We’ll be back for sure. If you go, try to go early. We were there on a Thursday and the place filled up by 8pm.

KEW GARDENS, NY
This is authentic Neapolitan home cooking. You get to choose from 10 – 15 veggie and other appetizers. Then you order your main pasta dish. Go for the sea-​food pasta, it comes out perfectly al dente and un-​believably delicious. Order their house rose and you will be transported to Italian heaven.

Naples, Italy
My favorite restaurant in Vomero/​Naples. Authentic Naples food in a friendly atmosphere. 12E for three courses (primi/​secundi/​contorni or dolchi). All the dishes look great — My favoriteso far are: primi — pasta patate e provala (Naples mac and cheese) or spaghetti vongole and segundi — pesce spada (swordfish), but I plan to try them all. Owner is very friendly — usually free coffee or amaro. Note: If you don’t speak Italian, and they are busy, just order my favorites, thesre is no pizza at Neopolitan kitchen and no northern Italian food — it is all local and fresh.
