Nikolai puts his heart and soul in the dinner served to the guests. The bruschetta and pasta was impeccable, the grilled vegetables and meat were delicious without any spices masking the flavor. The desert — a family recipe of chocolate cake with panda cotta and chilli pear reduction sauce– was the best we ever had. It was just a great meal and when we chatted with Nickolai we understood the passion behind the food. The location at the castle left us awestruck. Overall one of the best dinner experience we ever had!
