I stayed here for a week-long yoga holiday in July and had a wonderful stay. Some of the highlights: — Beautiful location, on a hill overlooking the sea — Walking distance to local beach with white sand and blue water — HUGE freshwater pool with plenty of chairs in the sun and shade for lounging — Breakfast included, complete with delicious and fresh Italian buffet: prosciutto, fresh ricotta, cut fruits, eggs, coffee, tea, juice — Got upgraded to a junior suite with a private garden– sweet! Why 3 stars: — The overall service level was fair at best: I asked at the front desk about grocery stores within walking distance and was told there were none, I’d have to take a 40EUR taxi or the twice-a-day shuttle into town the next day. I later learned that this was not true :/ — The restaurant(Orange) was pretty expensive price/quality-wise — The wifi was terrible, totally unreliable and unpredictable. Just go off the grid and enjoy. Other friendly tips: — Bring lots of sunscreen and books to read — It’s about a 15 – 20 min walk to the marina in town where there are *a few* other restaurant options and grocery store, pharmacy, etc — Rent a car if you really want to explore or just chill out and enjoy the sun and some time off — The lounge chairs on the beach are 30EUR for a pair! Bring your own or be prepared to get sandy
