We were walking along the waterfront on a hot day (for expats), and wanted to stop to people watch and get something to much on and drink. This place had pretty good reviews on Unilocal,so we stopped.
A good place to go if you want some very complex coffee concoctions with lot’s of chocolate. They have lots of other traditional items as well, but that seemed to take up the most space on the menu.
With the atmosphere, it will likely really fill up with people later at night.
Service was too slow for our preference, but we thought an OK spot overall. We could go there again in the future.
