The place is in the centered area of Prato, along a nice old style pavée street full of small local restaurants and shops. The management is young and the rooms are modernly furnished, with many Spanish-like references. We sat on a light colored wooden table, in the background room near the kitchen and the waiter tempted us with a multiple dishes deal that would let us taste up to the 70% of the whole menu, that is composed by 20ish different small plates(AKA tapas) with both seafood and meat, or vegetarian choices. So we tried their way, together with a sangria carafe and a virgin-cocktail with ginger beer for me(superdelicious). The tapas I liked the most were Tortilla of the day(with potatoes and leeks), tomato bread, fried cheese with almonds and jam and the shrimps. The classics like the octopus gallega style and the squids were not very tasty neither soft. There are a few things to improve, like a wi-fi is definitely needed, they should give the Tap water option since they only have small bottles available, and most of all they have to master the way of cooking the seafood. Thumbs up for the fact our clothes didn’t smell that much even if we were next to the kitchen and the outdoor tables that will be a refreshing way of spending the summer happy hour!
