Bologna, Ravenna, Italy, and Carolina will take care of everything for you with her warm and capable manner. Her father, Walter Bianconi, is the head chef of this family run business. They prepared
for us our daughter’s wedding in a fabulous villa, Fattoria Solieri. They presented seven courses and each was not only gorgeous to the eye, but incredibly delicious. We had many American foodies at the wedding and an international group that knew fine dining and EVERYONE felt that Dove Vuoi’s choices were among the best food they had every tasted! Yes, it was that good. It may seem daunting to prepare for a wedding in Italy, but Carolina did all this preparation so capably that you felt she was just next door.
