Pizza Roma

I’ve been here visiting my uncle for the last week and this was my second trip here. This was the first time I had noticed that this place had the approval of trip advisory! Which now makes sense, as the pizza was delicious! It’s a very small place, you order pizza by the slice. Their menu changes daily which was exciting for me! So don’t expect a fancy pizzeria that you’d seen on the travel channel! Take note I was with my 13 year old niece, hence my Italian could only take me to «ciao and buongiorno» then everything else is hand gestures and sign languages. The lady on the counter was super friendly and attentive, she greeted us and patiently answer my questions. I decided to get a veggie (looks like a capresse) and a some sort of sandwich/​calzone style salami pizza (Reggio is know for awesome and spicey salamis– If I could, I would bring a ton of this back home!!! It’s that good). Oh man, it was perfect, on every bite! You can taste the freshness of the tomatoes on the veggie pizza, oh mama mia, the mozzarella is also a star in its own right! The sandwich style was good, but it felt a little short, as I felt like it needed some more salami, but nonetheless, it was still good! So if you happen to stumble upon the beautiful town of Reggio Calabria and is in need of a good to go and quick slice of heaven, come check this place out.
