The perfect Pizza in Reggio Emilia… really… ohhh. yes. really!
The pizzeria is quite small, better if you try to book as it gets full very fast, specially weekends or those evening when people love to go out… and if there is a theatre performance… (two theatres are nearby) it gets VERY crowded.
Pizza is just the best in town. A large choice of different toppings and also different sizes. which is unusual for Italian pizza. but here you can and also they have choice of bianca (no tomatoes) and thin, super thin to just thick.
If you go for the classic margherita you won’t get anyway disappointed. Fresh ingredients and very nicely cooked even if they do not use a wood oven. They definitely mastered the electrical oven cooking.
Ample choice of many other dishes, which I heard are good but you definitely want to end up here for the pizzaaaaahhhhhh!!!
Any type of drink you want… beer, coke. wines… just pick. Everyone is very very nice and service is great, quite speedy even if place is full.
