After eating at several very disappointing restaurants in a row(average food & high prices), it was a welcome change of pace to find this restaurant. The staff were attentive, welcoming and friendly. The food was very good, and the prices were reasonable. We got a table with a street view while enjoying the modern feel of this«gem» of a restaurant. The«set» menu was 13 euros, and included bruschetta, a choice of one of three pastas, and a dessert.

Pizza was really good, the place is small and really nice. The prices were like everywhere else and the food was really good.

Highly recommended home style trattoria near the Trevi Fountain. Despite the lovely young woman hawking customers in the front, this is a nice, non-touristy cozy place that happened to be open on Christmas Day. Very good traditional Roman pastas(carbonara in particular was outstanding) as was the ragu with wild boar(cinghialle). Fresh salads(a good if not authentic Caesar, excellent house salads) and a very good seafood antipasto rounded out our lunch. The service is great and the kitchen prepared food quickly and beautifully. A very good price, a great location, and we think a great find in an unlikely location.

Small restaurant near the fountain of Trevi, which means there are a lot of tourists and a lot of tourist trap restaurant … After 4 days in Rome, I have to say that Agrodolce stands out a bit, if the prices are the same as everywhere else(around 15 € for a meal, not counting bread and water !) the food is fresh and good. I had the gnocchi which had just a very good texture, not chewy but soft, and pretty tasty with its cooked tomato and eggplant, too bad the plate is pretty small. The menus for lunch are pretty affordable if you look for something simple as well as the pizzas, if not you’ll have to spend a bit more on a dish that I think are savory. On the surprising part we paid 6 € for bread and 3 € for water which I think is pretty expensive even in Rome !.. And they didn’t think to tell us the bread brought would be charged of course.

This place wasn’t amazing but nothing bad at all. After being in Rome for a few days, I guess I naturally had higher expectations for this place since all the other spots I went to were amazing! I came here because like others are saying, the price is more than reasonable for the location. I ordered the shrimp ravioli and it wasn’t bad but not amazing. My boyfriend had some sort of beef pasta with mushrooms which I believe was better than my plate but I feel like both were missing something to make it more memorable. It was a bit annoying because they brought out bread with our wine & ended up charging us extra for it even though we didn’t ask for it. The food is inexpensive but the drinks are pricey so be prepared to still spend a pretty penny because what’s pasta without wine? Again, if you’re in the area, this is going to be the cheapest pasta you find.

A very nice place next to the Trevi fountain with very friendly staff and most importantly great food. This is a family run restaurant and they are all lovely. I would highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is excellent. Went there on a recommendation from our hotel. The menu is not large but there are good options. The prices were very reasonable. The food was delicious. They offered two specials which included bruschetta, main course and a dessert. The apple cake was a hit with my wife.

Quaint, nicely decorated restaurant near the Trevi fountain. Service was great and so was the pasta. The pricing was reasonable, even though the location is a bit touristy. I had the bucatini with bacon and it was really delicious!

We’ve been in Italy for ten days searching for the perfect carbonara. We found it in an unassuming spot next to Trevi fountain. Handmade pasta with perfect firmness, organic pancetta cooked slightly crispy, sauce light and balanced. Porcini soup wasn’t found on the menu, but they made a delicious soup with fresh mushrooms to order. We chose a light chocolate cake for dessert with homemade sauce and garnished with an amaretto biscuit. Perfection. Enjoy clean, modern, simple décor and friendly wait staff… very affordable! Avoid all other restaurants on this street block though! Altogether, great experience.
