Alberghi: Villa Delle Rose

An ok hotel found on Hotel Tonight App. Tinny room and very uncomfortable stairs. Stairs were very dangerous and you could easily fall. We were not on the heavy side and it was difficult to go up and down as you can easily trip and fall. The service was ok and could improve. The breakfast and service there was great and added value to the stay. Location added value as it was within 10 mins walking distance to train and bus station. I felt safe to walk outside at night to pick up food. Would stay in the area again, not sure about hotel. Hotel was very accommodating to allow us to park for free when we picked up our rental on our last night, if parking space was available. Which there was when we arrived at night.

Ok not a fancy hotel, not near the center and in desperate need of a makeover.
Nevertheless it’s near the Termini train station, very clean and offers decent rooms at rock-​bottom rates.
Came here with family, stayed in a small room with a double bed + two singles at a bit less than 100 € per night (breakfast included).
Staff was friendly, too. That helps when travelling with two kids.
Stay here, save the money and splash it on gelati

I am giving this hotel a really good rating, because, they really went out of their way for us and we had some really good service.
First we had no reservations and it was the weekend of Tutto Santi.
A very big Day here in Italia.
They were kind enough to find us a room, and a room for my Parents.
We had another person with us as well and we had taken the last 2 rooms in the place. But, they called all around to find our other person a room. Which they did just one block away.
We had a great room very clean and a nice clean bathroom. Lots of hot water in the quite big shower.
My Parents experianced the same thing.
They served a wonderful Breakfast in the morning, along with Pots and Pots of Coffee. Even a pitcher of milk and they had warmed it.
Great place to stay. Wonderful staff.

This was a wonderful Hotel very near the Train Station in Roma. It was not the fanciest hotel I have ever been to, but the service was beyond and above anywhere.
We arrived with no reservations on a Holy Day Weekend.
We were lucky enough to get a room! With a very decent rate as well.
Our room was very clean with a lovely double bed and nice clean white sheets. We asked for extra blankets and received them right away.
We had a TV with not only Italian channels but, also The BBC.
A beautiful Clean Bathroom. Nice hot water and Huge Bath sheets.
We stayed here for 2 nights. They even had free Wi Fi.
In the morning they serve a magnificent breakfast, Coffee, Tea, all sorts of Juices. Lovely fresh foods.
The man at the front desk was so wonderful. His name was Fauzi, he really went Above and beyond to help us. He even got us a car and driver to take us to the Airport at 4 am.
If we are ever lucky enough to go to Rome again, this is where we will stay.
