Don’t go here, just don’t. They take advantage of tourists. They tried to charge us 25 euro(aka more than $ 30US dollars) for two slices of pizza and 2 Peroni’s. We about fell over when we heard the price. He finally came down on price when we balked and questioned his price. He brought it down to 21 euro, even still a rip off. I agree with the previous Unilocal reviewer, these people seem like they make the prices up as they go. If these are their actual prices(6 euro for a slice of pizza), then they are way higher than anywhere else in the city. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Rome may have the Vatican but it also has a lot of shady operators. Bar Viminale or Bar Criminale is no exception. The coffee I paid 1.20 € jumped to 3.50 when I went back at night. I ordered my coffee and the barista guy says go sit down I will bring it to you. He doesn’t tell you the price will triple. I mean why so shady. Why can’t they be honest and transparent. So glad we don’t have this kinda crap back home. Rome is a great city but they take complete advantage of tourists and really don’t respect them. This was another sad case of that at Bar Criminale! So buyer beware.

Sehr schönes kleines Café etwas abgelegen der Hauptstraße. Daher etwas ruhiger vom Verkehrslärm her und genug leute kommen trotzdem vorbei.
