Bruno, the host, was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast couldn’t have been better. The room was pretty nice.
Sadly they allow the smokers to congregate on the very lovely patio during breakfast, so non-​smokers are relegated to the inside. There are no English-​speaking channels… CNN would have been great.
At all costs avoid their sister hotel, the Hotel Adler. The bathroom sucked; pipes leaked water and the shower is ridiculously tiny. The bed linens are tattered and our air conditioner didn’t work. Fortunately it was for only one night.

Visited this hotel during a weekend break to Rome in January 2008. This is a great little hotel and although couldnt find it when we first arrived, its in a great location close to a metro station and only one or two stops from the main train station. Found the staff really helpful and they really improved our stay here so I would be more then willing to recommend this as a place to stay. Just hope I can afford to go back there someday soon :)
