Great food, excellent service. The waiter was nice enough to let us do take away and he spoke English. Great prices! Definitely recommend.

Once we arrived in Rome at our hotel and got settled, it wasn’t long before we decided we needed to eat. Usually upon arriving in a new location after driving all day, we chose to eat close to our hotel. I Unilocaled for someplace close to our hotel and found this place. Since they had outside seating, we chose that but anyone who doesn’t want to be shaken down by people walking by selling selfie sticks and scarves should opt for inside seating. Our outside seating was fine and we shook off everyone who came by to sell us something and we never once felt threatened. We both chose the penne with garlic and tomatoes because it was recommended and it was very good. For second courses, my husband chose a pork dish that was recommended by our server because it was«roman» and I chose the roast chicken. WE also ordered a side dish of roasted vegetables that went fine between us. I thought his pork was too done but he said he ate it because he was hungry. My chicken was very tender and had a delicious sauce on it. For dessert, we had a lemoncello mousse that was delicious and some grappa. We had a very nice visit and would recommend it to everyone. They also have a variety of menus in different languages so it will be able to serve everyone.

We ate here the last time we were in Rome and we were back again. Being next to the tour bus stop, it is generally full of tourists. It has menus in different languages, so you know there are tourists as some of their main patrons. However, I see Italians here too. And, the food is good, plentiful, and priced well. So, who cares if you hear Americans, Aussies, Brits, and French folk eating with you? The service here is good as well. I always feel comfortable here. They have a nice selection of beers, including some that Americans will be familiar with and the beers from Italy and the rest of Europe. The pastas are great. I like the tagliolini with truffles and the saltimbocca is nummy. PIzzas here have the lovely thin crust that is crispy and good. Overall, I really like this place and recommend it to folk visiting Rome and the Equiline hill.
