The grilled octopus with potatoes was fantastic … Followed by ravioli and seafood spaghetti where you could taste the sea! Very fresh. Sat outside and with it being just off the beaten track it was a gorgeous ambiance… To sum up Wonderful food, wonderful staff, wonderful environment … Strongly recommend :)

Best meal in Rome so far! This little spot is hard to find. It’s tucked away in an alley but I strongly urge you to try to find it. It is an authentic dining experience! The owner is a woman who sits in a corner smoking and kind of directing the scene. I was a little intimidated because this is a restaurant for locals not tourists. I’m so glad I swallowed the nerves.
I had the burrata and tomato appetizer. It is big enough for two people. I had to internally scream at myself to put down the fork and not eat the whole thing. The cheese is the most succulent, sensual thing I have ever tasted. The tomatoes are so fresh and vibrant. Out. Of. This. World.
I next had the seafood and linguine. The taste settled into my mouth like a warm intoxicating blanket. I didn’t want the bowl to end. It was heaven.
Portions were great. Bread was delicious. Wine was yummy. You just have to go here. I can’t help it. You have to!!! The woman owner will flash you a smile on your departure and a thank you. So that was nice too. Haha. I’m going back here again before I leave.
