We were lucky to walk in and be seated… beautiful setting, little bit more formal than our usual spots, but not over the top. Great Tuscan cuisine. Food was great, tuna starter exceptional. Ca’Del Bosco Annamaria Clementi 2004 was what made my evening! Beautiful bubbles, great body and minerality! Castello di Fonterutoli Chianti Classico 1998 went very well with the Bistecca…

This is our go-to restaurant when we are in Tuscany, located only a few meters away from the famous Piazza Del Campo. The setting is very unique –an old bookstore — it gives the experience a pretty romantic/intimate touch(we always love to sit inside, far from the crowd of the street). Here, you’ll eat premium tuscan dishes with a twist. The stuffed zucchini flower as a starter was a bomb. A few years ago, I had the vitello tonnato… very different from what I’ve had seen/tasted before… I would say the best way to describe Le Logge is: classic but unboring ! Clearly give it a try if you’re here. People are very kind and remember us every time we come here, and that’s always a great sign.

We booked a reservation for our 10yr anniversary and were not upset with the ambiance, service, and food. The fried zucchini flowers(fiori di zucca) were in season and splendidly cheesy, our bottle of 10yo Sangiovese wine was fantastic, and our primi, secondi, and deserts were great. The rabbit(coniglio) was worth the price of admission and my wife’s cannolo for desert was the highlight at the end of the meal. Granted the area we were in was a little touristy, but the staff treated us like well-known locals. Overall very great dinner and worth the price!

Excellent dishes! Very typical pasta and meat dishes. Very friendly service, with children too.

I can’t understand why people can give one star to this place. You are coming in August during Palio and you expect perfection in service, food and everything? Come on! This is not by accident one of the top spots for locals. Still I will stay only in 3 stars cause I have to judge according to my experience. Service was great but really slow. I got their signature spaghetti with bacon but I didn’t get crazy. Especially because it was their signature. But Bistecca Fiorentina was top of the tops! I don’t know what we got for dessert! A kind of fruit, crème, biscuit combination in a soup plate. But it was unique! Add the large selection of wines. And yes. It’s not cheap

Save your money and your palette. If you like paying 24 euros for boxed pasta and bland meats, this is the place for you. So many other better options. The appetizers were OK but the main dishes were bland, expensive, and uninspired. In Italy you can do so much better almost anywhere. Our lunch, with one glass of wine was around 220US.

Extraordinary food and fast service. The fried squash flowers were great and the gnocchi with lobster was a fantastic dish! Over a great spot if you are in Siena!

We chose this place based on Unilocal reviews but it was a big mistake. What we had was extremely over priced and basically tasteless. I’ve has many meals in Italy 10 times better at half the price. We started with zucchini flowers deep fried and stuffed with ricotta. Nothing special and have had same or better a many other tuscan restaurants. The primi piatti was risotto which was uncooked and claimed to contain saffron which was barely detectable IE pretty tasteless. The secondi was a lamb dish with some bland mint? sauce which was reasonably well cooked but was two. one inch cubes of meat for 24 euros. 80 euros for my wife and I to share three dishes. I basically felt robbed. I’m hard pressed to give it one star.

There are so many good and great restaurants in Siena. The food here is good, the service is poor and the value is terrible. This place costs 2x what other places charge and the value is not there. Find another choice in Siena.

I went here on the recommendation of a friend– he said the food, wine and environment were top notch – so I had to try it and was not disappointed. This restaurant is a good pick for a romantic date or to «do it big» on one of your nights in Siena. The menu is traditional although there are some contemporary approaches to classics as well. If you can, get a seat outside so you can people watch while you enjoy your dinner. Honorable mention goes to their squab preparation… second best I had throughout my trip to Italy and their Florentine steak(apparently it was so good my husband decided to keep it ALL for himself).

Delicioso!!! Motto bene! Amazing meal in Siena. Definitely upscale as a menu but a café feel restaurant. It’s just off the main square on this beautifully old street. The inside walls are covered with paintings and old trinkets. The front windows open up on the street. Very gorgeous. For food, the zucchini tempura dish(zucchini blooms) were amazing. The veal appetizer was delicious as well. I even tried beef tartar. Everything tasted amazingly fresh. The snails appetizer was the only one I wasn’t thrilled about. It’s far from classic French escargo, so be wary. As for mains, the spicy penne pasta was amazing! I can’t remember what anyone else got because my meal was so good. We drank an amazing Rose and the more rowdy members of the group tried the grappa and limoncello!
