Very small (up 2 flights from the Hotel Duomo and separate). Very helpful staff. Clean modern rooms… I think 5 in all. Lovely location. Seems to be owned and staffed by young enthusiastic persons. The breakfast is a 5 € coupon one purchases at the desk. Could be worse! Only reason for not 5 star, s were the recommended eateries. Solid but uninteresting food.
